Seere - Demon Prince

SEERE, a mighty prince under Amaymon, King of the East, appears in the form of a beautiful man on a strong, winged horse. He brings all things to pass suddenly, transports to any place in the twinkling of an eye and discovers all thefts. He is indifferently good or bad, and will do the will of the operator.

note: Amaymon (also Amaimon, or Amoymon) is a Prince of Hell, and, according to some Grimoires, the only one who has power over Asmodai. Amaymon is one of the four demon kings associated with the cardinal directions, along with Egyn (north), Oriens (east), and Paimon (west). Amaymon is generally associated with the direction south, although in Pseudomonarchia Daemonum he is listed as the king of the east. In the traditional hierarchy of hell, four kings are said to serve directly below Lucifer. As with Lucifer, instructions on how to summon these demons are often censored or omitted from grimoires, as they are too high rank.

Seere is a day demon commanding 26 legions of inferior demons

ABILITIES

He is said to be able to traverse the entire earth in mere seconds and his office is to go and come . He can cause sudden magical acts in addition to causing abundance of things to come to pass suddenly .

This demon is known for speed and can serve as a carrier of messages and artifacts for the conjuror to and from any place on earth .

He is able to reveal all sorts of thefts to the conjuror in addition to revealing hidden treasures . He also has the ability to control time when requested by the conjuror.

APPEARANCE:

This demon is said to appear as a fair man riding abreast a winged horse. The horse is said to have white wings with tan markings.

Some texts suggest that he is winged and can fly independently. He is also described as being very agile in flight.

WORKING WITH THIS DEMON:

• This demon can be summoned so as to reveal thefts to the conjuror.
• The demon can also be used as a carrier since he transports artifacts and bears messages for the conjuror to any part of the earth.
• His ability to control time can also be used to great effect in the present day considering the great time constraints that are existent nowadays.

SUMMONING OF SEERE

• The conjuror need not be especially experienced in order to summon this demon because of his perceptibly good nature.
• It is however necessary to prepare a safe undisturbed place and ready oneself psychologically and emotionally. The most advisable method is meditation as it enables the conjuror to connect with the Higher Power.
• The usual requirements of high quality incense and a scrying mirror are needed so as to perceive the demon’s energy.
• Since much is presently unknown regarding this demon, the same prayer used to summon similarly obscure Goetic Demons can be used to evoke his spirit.

“Lord Satan, by your grace, grant me, I pray thee the power to conceive in my mind and to execute that which I desire to do, the end which I would attain by thy help, O Mighty Satan, the one True God who livest and reignest forever and ever. I entreat thee to inspire (Seere) to manifest before me that he/she may give me true and faithful answer, so that I may accomplish my desired end, provided that it is proper to his/her office. This I respectfully and humbly ask in Your Name, Lord Satan, may you deem me worthy, Father.”

The demon is then dismissed respectfully after the conjuror has fulfilled their end of te

NOTES:
This is one of the demons with a good nature and there is no cause for much concern. In this regard, it is advisable for inexperienced conjurors to evoke him as opposed to the more malicious or unsettling demons.

WARNINGS:
This demon is one of the more good natured Goetic Demons and there are no inherent dangers with dealing with him.

It is however important to remember that all the Goetic Demons are compelled to obedience as they are innately indifferent to human beings.

I recommend treating this demon respectfully such as the other Goetic Demons. This of course entails according it its end of the bargain in addition to the necessary respect.

He appeareth in the Form of a Beautiful Man, riding upon a Winged Horse. His Office is to go and come; and to bring abundance of things to pass on a sudden, and to carry or recarry anything whither thou wouldest have it to go, or whence thou wouldest have it from. He can pass over the whole Earth in the twinkling of an Eye. He giveth a True relation of all sorts of Theft, and of Treasure hid, and of many other things. He is of an indifferent Good Nature, and is willing to do anything which the Exorcist desireth. He governeth 26 Legions of Spirits. And this his Seal is to be worn, etc.”

Amaymon raigneth in the south, & all sprites in the south part of the world to him are obedient, his power is to give true answer of all things, & he giveth familiarity, dignity, & riches, & by Gods permission he hath power to consecrate books etc, he appeareth in favor of an old man having a long beard, & long hair hanging over his eyes, crowned with a bright crown, & rideth upon a rampaging lyon, & in his right hand he beareth a dart, before him commeth dancers & all manner of minstrels, he bringeth with him spirits innumerable of whom 12 of the most noblest are these that followeth but of all spirits in the world beware of him for he is very perilous.
