The birth and source of Energy

Our consciousness creates an emotional reality.

What do I mean by that? When you understand that you are not your thoughts but are the master of your thoughts and that these very thought create a mental and emotional response it creates a reality on the emotional level, what ever that emotional reality is happy sad angry scared ect.. 

For example say that you are with someone who is emotional unstable, that persons thoughts are going to create a emotional reality that when acted on becomes a physical reality and that reality being born in a state of unstable awareness creates a unstable reality.

It can also be said that when you are with someone who is emotional stable,  that persons thoughts are going to create a emotional reality that when acted on becomes a physical reality on the emotional level.

Now take both examples you are going to have the same action yet opposite reactionary response, for example when you are with someone or you are in a emotional unstable state of mind after a while you will begin to feel sick and tired you're not going to feel the same as you did before you were in that state.

Now with the emotional stable state of mind you'll realize that you feel healthy and have what it seems more energy than others you are more positive in your thoughts and idea of what your future looks like 

This is the base of real magic the truth of magic the very seed of it, when you understand that through thoughts creates energy, our emotions being the birth of energy, and though that energy reality is created, it doesn't matter what it becomes it is still energy becoming reality. It is through that reality that our future is created.
