Demon Marquis Lerajie

In demonology, Leraje is a mighty Great Marquis of Hell who has thirty legions of demons under her power. She causes great battles and disputes, and makes gangrene wounds caused by arrows. 

Some authors say this demon belongs to the zodiacal sign of Sagittarius.

She is depicted as a gallant and handsome archer clad in green, carrying a bow and quiver.

At first, Leraje appears as a handsome and strapping archer dressed in green hunting attire reminiscent of Robin Hood, complete with bow and arrows. Upon further investigation, however, one would find that Leray is not in fact a man but a woman; more specifically, a Marquise instead of a Marquis. Without her Robin Hood disguise Leraje (pronounced "Le-ray") wears all of the appearances of the ancient Egyptian queens, such as a gold dress, gold jewelry, and the hair, makeup, and jewelry similar to a young Cleopatra. She is petite in stature and appears to be quite young and beautiful.

The Marquise has her interests equally in love and war, and sometimes both at the same time. She can make battle wounds fester and rot, but she also has the ability to heal these kinds of wounds as well. She creates battles among mankind and her arrows are tipped with poisonous pestilence, causing disease in the wounds that they create. Thus, getting struck by arrows "blessed" by Leraje causes gangrene and infection and makes the wounds nearly impossible to heal (without her help).

In the realm of love, she seems to be more Robin Hood than Cupid. The demoness is more known to break up love affairs and marriages than cause them to come together. She can influence conflict in one's love life as well as cause or eliminate one's attraction to another.

Leraje also controls the winds and the climate and can teach the summoner about meteorology and weather forecasting. She also seems to enjoy reminiscing about the ancient times when the old gods ruled.
